What happens after I’ve placed my order?

Your order will be shipped the next full business day following the day your order was place. If your order is placed on the Friday (after 1:00 p.m.), Saturday or Sunday it will not ship until Monday of the next week.

How are products delivered to me?

All of our orders are shipped via UPS. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated through UPS's world ship software prior to your checkout.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with our world famous beef jerky, return any unopened product for a complete refund!

If there's one thing I love in this world, it's good quality beef jerky. Lone Star did not disappoint! I'll definitely be back for more.
